John Drew Brands Brings Wynwood Art District to Las Vegas
John Drew Brands Participates in Its Third Consecutive WSWA Convention
This week, the team at John Drew Brands (JDB) returned home from an action-packed visit to Las Vegas, NV for the 75th Annual WSWA Convention.
Known for the over-the-top unique product booths and displays, JDB, once again, didn’t disappoint. With the vision of Jonathan Drew, CEO, and the tremendous efforts of the talented team, JDB brought the style and influence of the Wynwood Art District, a prominent district of Miami featuring unique artwork, restaurants, retail and breweries, to the exhibit hall floor of Caesar’s Palace.
WSWA, which stands for Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America, holds an annual conference each year. Being this was the 75th anniversary of the conference, JDB wanted to create a unique experience that would represent the roots of their company and also celebrate the accomplishment of this great event!
The unique booth setup occupied an astonishing 20 feet by 40 feet of the show floor, making it the second largest in the exhibit hall. Twelve hand-built metal awnings were lined around the perimeter and draped with hand graffiti painted construction tarps, meant to replicate the look and feel of the thriving and popular art district of Miami. The artwork and products were brought to life by construction lanterns placed strategically throughout the display.
“It was great bringing Wynwood and John Drew Brands to the 75thWSWA. Our Dove Tale Rum, John Drew Rye and Brixton Mash Destroyer were widely accepted, enjoyed and talked about throughout the show, we are happily distributed and enjoyed in FL, TX, MA, RI, IL, GA, CO and NV with more markets to come based on our meetings at WSWA” – Said Jonathan Drew, CEO of John Drew Brands.
